Ajanta Hospital introduces “IVF LITE” on the Annual Carnival of Test Tube Babies Annual Reunion

In this low cost IVF protocol good quality but lesser number of follicles/oocytes are formed; hence, cutting the cost and trauma of gonadotropin injections drastically. The other advantage of low dose gonadotropins is that the adverse effect of gonadotropins on the endometrial receptivity is reduced. Consequently, the chances of implantation are improved and carry-home baby rate increases.

 Ajanta IVF Center is now helping lot of cancer patients to preserve their fertility, there have been a number of successful extraordinary cases of which the most recent one needs a special mention. There was a couple with the husband having mouth cancer. He had undergone a surgical treatment which was to be followed by sessions of chemotherapy and radiotherapy.  In fact, both chemo and radiotherapy have an adverse effect on the sperm count. In a pre-therapeutic procedure, the cancer patient’s sperms were preserved through sperm banking before exposing him to Chemotherapy in our center. Subsequently, IVF-ICSI was performed using his frozen sample of sperms and his wife conceived.

Along with these two introductions as mentioned above Ajanta IVF Centre has now put a thrust on continual Medical education for young Gynaecologists who are aspiring to learn newer techniques in infertility management by providing  in-house   workshops and hands on training on various procedures like IUIand IVF.

NOW KUMBH IN LUCKNOW: Every year, Ajanta IVF Centre hosts a feisty carnival of numerous miracle babies (test tube babies) born here. To celebrate the success story of its IVF Centre, Ajanta IVF Centre has organised its 16^th Kumbh  of IVF BABIES

Shri Diwakar Tripathi and Mayor Dr Dinesh Sharma were invited to grace the occasion.

To add newness to the event every year, it comes out with a different program for tiny tots and their dear parents.  Various programs like magic show, fancy dress competition by tiny-tots, dance performances by hospital staff, games and fun activities, etc. were organised on the occasion.
